FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: reactor is designed for continuous multiphase catalytic reaction, for instance, for production of higher hydrocarbon fuels. Gas reagents are introduced through gasproof plate into suspension, which contains product and finely disintegrated catalyst. Liquid product is separated from the rest of suspension using filter cell enclosing filter element. Over the latter, a pressure drop is produced by the aid of constant-level device inside filter cell, which maintains level of filtrate inside filter cell below suspension level. Suspension is maintained in the continuous- stirring state owing to introducing gaseous components, e.g. steam bubbles. Fluctuations of pressure drop through filter element prevent the latter from clogging. Gas spaces above the filtrate and suspension communicate with one another.
