FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in conversion of transducer signal proportional to action of wheel pair force on rail to voltage and in determination of weighed car mass. In rail track cross-section in which bending moment and deflection caused by action of wheel pair located above main transducer are equal to zero, measurements are made of signals coming from interfering bending moments of all wheel pairs not positioned above main transducer. Signals of all transducers are converted to root-mean-square voltages. Interfering bending moments are reduced to coordinate of wheel pair position above main transducer. After reduced bending moments are averaged interfering actions of wheel pairs not positioned above main transducer are compensated with due regard for root-mean-square voltages. Mass of car is determined with account of electromechanical sensitivities of main and auxiliary transducers. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement. 2 cl, 4 dwg
