FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has at least one measuring module placed between two conductors of power supply system. Measuring cycle is divided into two time periods. Measuring the first constant component (F1, F2) of voltage V1 is carried out during the first time period as constant current parasite components supplied to module leads. The measuring module inputs constant component into power supply system during the second time period and makes measurement (F3, F4) of the second constant component (V2) supplied to module leads. Vc difference between the second and the first component is used for determining disturbed conductivity. Line resistance measured upwards along the line away from the measuring module is in proportional dependence to Vc difference. The first and the second components (V1,V2) are found by calculating means (when needed weighted means on constant voltage samples, recorded during measurement periods (Tm1, Tm2) having durations being equal to or less than some predefined ones. EFFECT: excluded residual low frequency currents of the first and the second periods.
