FIELD: counter used as fare in underground, pay telephone, trade and game machines, in casino as plug etc. SUBSTANCE: returnable counter is manufactured on polymeric base and has scatterer, luminescent substance and/or absorber, which serve coding members. Additional marks are applied to counter planar surfaces. Luminescent substance has luminescence spectral range of 400-900 nanometers. Spectral absorption range of absorber is 600-1,500 nanometers. Polymeric material and scatterer are optically transparent within spectral range of 400-900 nanometers.
