FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patient's head is fixed with a fixing device. Fixation of the reference frame with reference points relative to the fixing device is performed. Electronic optical reference of the reference frame to the intracerebral space of the patient obtained by means of tomographic data is performed. The reference frame is transferred from the patient's head to a copy of the fixing device located outside the operating table. The directing device is fixed thereto. A virtual model of the intracerebral space is obtained. The stereotaxic tool is targeted on a virtual intracerebral target. The directing device is then transferred to a device that fixes the patient's head. Through the milling hole, a stereotaxic tool is applied to the intracerebral target.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the duration of surgery, improve targeting accuracy and improve the results of surgical treatment of patients.
