FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing with charging hopper, feeding auger with shank extending eccentrically to auger longitudinal axis and carrying knives with blades, whose opposite ends are faced to related grids so as to define gaps narrowing toward blade end and grid junction line. Surface extending from auger coil outlet end to side surface of previous coil at side opposite to direction of rotation of auger is made in the form of spiral cone. EFFECT: increased capacity, provision for producing homogeneous mass and reduced power consumption. 6 dwg
