FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electronic microscopy examination bone cyst tissues taken when applying puncture treatment during trepanobiopsy in dynamic mode of patient observation (1-3 times) or in examining operation material taken in carrying out surgical intervention. The so prepared material is examined by means of electronic microscope. Osteoclasts of nonactive form, newly formed capillaries on open blood circulation areas, prosteoblasts and osteoblasts being detected in the material under investigation, favorable development course of the cyst is forecasted and treatment course is to be continued. Osteoclasts of active forms with bone resorption surrounding them and open blood circulation signs being detected, progressing processes development of processes taking part in bone cyst is predicted.
