FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: before patient is subjected to surgical treatment, level of serum immunoglobulin A is determined and, if its value is equal to or exceeds 3.3 g/l, disturbance of bony tissue regeneration is stated and, if it is below this value, bone formation is regarded as normal.
