FIELD: treatment of gases. SUBSTANCE: in process of wet cleaning gases are sprayed in pipeline with washing liquid. Gas-and-liquid mixture obtained is passed through cyclone separator. At first gas spraying is performed in preliminary washing channel, and then gas containing washing liquid is directed to horizontal accelerating channel. Cross-sectional area of accelerating channel at input is 1.5-8 times as large as at output. Accelerating channel output is connected to cyclone separator from which cleaned gas is removed.
