STENCIL Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: sluicing of mining mass. SUBSTANCE: stencil is made in form of rectangular bar of shaped cross-section which is secured of bottom of sluice box chute across it. Section of stencil has form of triangle. Face secured on chute is flat; second face is inclined relative to base at acute angle and is provided with entrapping projections mounted in parallel relative to each other and to edge formed by intersection of these faces. Third face is made in form of chute whose longitudinal axis is parallel to axis of stencil. Besides that, angle between base and second face range from 10 to 15 deg. Cross section of entrapping projections has form of right-angled triangle. Entrapping projections are secured on second face by its side forming right angle with other side of entrapping projection; this side is located on side of edge formed by intersection of stencil base and its second face. Projection of edge formed by intersection of second and third faces of stencil on plane of its base is located beyond stencil base. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of device at reciprocating motion of pulp through it. 4 cl, 1 dwg
