SUBSTANCE: device incorporates source of testing voltage, reference resistor, discharge resistor, output terminals, charging key, discharging key, scale voltage converter, voltmeter and two-position switch. Device is supplemented with additional resistor, two-pole switch, voltage divider, potentiometer, summing amplifiers, tracking and storage unit and indicator.
