SUBSTANCE: the system has a control center and a consumer's equipment with means of communication, it has an on-board computer, interface, processor, analog- to-digital converter of video signals, memory, digital-to-analog converter of audio signals, video signal conversion unit, group of safeguard sensors, keyboard, modem, videomonitoring TV camera, audiosystem, telemonitor, self-contained power supply unit. The control center comprises a computer of differential correction of coordinates of the observed objects, monitoring server of guarded objects, communication oriented computers, computing system, modems, transceivers with antennas, power unit, master oscillators, audio enunciator, door actuating unit, clearance lamps.
