FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing grain flow in the form of falling rain in contact chamber; spraying water and propionic acid at predetermined flow rate into grain flow by means of ultrasound and simultaneously applying static electric charges of opposite potentials by supplying high direct voltage to working members of ultrasonic sprayers. As a result, surface grain microflora is simultaneously subjected to the action of propionic acid, ultrasound, heat and electric charges under anaerobic conditions. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced consumption of preservative and provision for prolonged grain storage.
