FIELD: turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: steam turbine cylinder has stage disks and diaphragms, casing with flanges in horizontal joint provided with supporting ridges in bottom half, and lower bands at mating surfaces of joint. Holes communicating with steam manifold are made at inner edge of lower band between holes receiving studs; provided at inner edge of joint are holes communicating with steam dispensing devices mounted in chambers; partition is made downstream of third chamber on IInd stage side in lower band; slot providing intercommunication between external holes as well as slots connecting this slot with holes at first and second chambers are made in external edge of lower band; supporting ridge has a number of through holes in stage side near split joint which are uniformly arranged through ridge width, their inlets being connected to water supply manifolds and outlets, to manifold discharging water through heat exchanger mounted on steam supply manifold to water collector. EFFECT: improved service life of high- and intermediate-pressure cylinders. 4 dwg
