FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. SUBSTANCE: support unit is designed for alignment of cylinder housing relative to shaft line axis with provision of radial thermal expansion. Support unit has stool with location surface, with feet of lower half of cylinder housing resting on stool location surface, transverse key device providing alignment of this housing and possibility of free thermal expansion, and pressure clamp with fastener to prevent separation of cylinder housing foot from location surface. Support unit is provided also with horizontal platform adjoining the slot. Upper surface of platform is located at level of upper surface of housing foot. Parallel transverse slots are made on horizontal platform and on foot from side these surfaces into which projections of U-shaped clamp are driven. One of these projections is secured in corresponding slot of horizontal platform, and other projection forms, together with corresponding slot of foot, a transverse key device with expansion clearance. EFFECT: provision of easy access to unit components, facilitated checking of size and state of expansion clearance, convenience in fitting and finishing. 2 dwg
