SUBSTANCE: troughs are made so that they cross each other and have ridges on sides of plates facing cooling air stream; at top edges of curvilinear sections of plates troughs are spaced apart through distance smaller than that between troughs in center and at bottom edges of plates; holes are provided in tops of intersecting points of troughs and at points of transition from concave to convex side of plate. In addition, ridges of troughs intersect at angle of 60 to 90 deg. on top; their height is 0.1-0.2 of distance between plates in water-trap unit.
