Immuno-enzyme diagnosticum includes allergens applied on nitrocellulose and positive control: antibodies for mouse Ig6; conjugate of monoclonal antibodies IgE/II-I with horse-radish peroxidase in working dilution 1: 500; cytrate buffer with 0.035% hydrogen peroxide plus preservative; imidazol and diaminobenzidine each giving final concentration in cytrate solution 0.1%.
