Abstract RU 2122761 C1

FIELD: direct solar-to- electric energy conversion for feeding space vehicles. SUBSTANCE: photoelectric module has photoelectric converters connected through jumpers into parallel-series rows placed on supporting plate of cellular structure with electricity conducting sheets attached to it. Sheet carrying photoelectric converters is provided with recesses to receive compensating conductors connected to extreme photoelectric converters. Compensating conductors are routed under all series-connected converters and since current flows in them in opposite directions, magnetic field built up by module is compensated for. Photoelectric converters are provided with transparent strips whose surfaces are covered with layers of transparent conducting material. These layers are connected through additional conductors to conducting sheet of supporting plate which provides for compensating electric field produced by module. EFFECT: improved reliability of module due to its better compatibility with space vehicle research equipment, reduced size and weight. 8 cl, 6 dwg
