FIELD: medicine; cardiology. SUBSTANCE: patient is advised daily walk loads of at least 32 . Individual speed interval between habitual and rated values is determined. It provides for load power equal to 50% of threshold one in veloergometering. Walking speed required for training process is determined with due regard for mass of body and veloergometering results. Method makes it possible to use habitual speed depending on its ergometric expression and tolerance to physical load of patient, as well as to adequately change motor mode in compliance with threshold power dynamics.
