FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology, restorative medicine and can be also used for rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease. That is ensured by determining the threshold load power when the patient walking on the step-mill at a given speed. At the same time physical loaded walking exercises are added. The exercise capacity load is graduated by load weight in the range of 50-60% of the threshold power. Physical loaded walking exercises are made for 3 month at least 1 hour a day. The load weight is determined by formula: m = 2·(50 - 60% p)/0.0033v2 - m.
EFFECT: method allows increasing physical efficiency, improving patients' quality of life; it is applicable for all groups of patients and requires no special equipment.
