FIELD: medicine, prophylaxis.
SUBSTANCE: the method deals with detecting training rate of walking. Correction should be performed due to altering motor stereotype due to conducting trainings at recommended individual rate of walking which should be detected at carrying out the test at walking with step-like increasing rate from 1 to 2.2 m/sec by increasing the rate by 0.3 m/sec every 3 min. After each step it is necessary to determine peak expiration rate (PER). Then, by choosing the step to mark minimal PER values one should calculate individual rate of training walking by the following formula: V=V1+0.3, where V - individual rate of training walking, m/sec; V1 - walking rate at which minimal PER values are observed during the test with walking, m/sec; 0.3 - walking rate, m/sec.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
