FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: to patients, 3 to 10 days after intracoronary surgery operation, physical exercise is prescribed. Series of exercises lasts 12 month in 4 stages, 3 months each. Duc's index is determined, and based on it, admission, continuation, and termination of exercises is appointed. If Duc's index is below -11 points, high risk is stated, and exercise not prescribed. If Duc's index is between -10 and +4 points, medium risk is stated, and if +5 or more points, low risk is stated. Thereupon exercise intensity regimen is appointed, three times a week or more, based on patients gradation, as follows: 1^st group, with 2 or more intracoronary stenoses eliminated, and medium risk, according to Duc's index, exercises 50% of maximal load, achieved during stress-test conduction; 2^nd group, with one intracoronary stenose eliminated, and medium risk, as well as with 2 or more intracoronary stenoses eliminated, and low risk, according to Duc's index, exercises 60% of maximal load, achieved during stress-test conduction; 3^rd group, with one intracoronary stenose eliminated, and low risk, according to Duc's index, exercises 70% of maximal load, achieved during stress-test conduction.

EFFECT: method allows accurate graduation of physical exercise.
