FIELD: medicine; nephrology. SUBSTANCE: method includes ultrasonic examination of kidneys. Vascular blood flow in capillaries is estimated on level of glumerules by indices of vascular resistance in arcuate artery. If these indices are below normal ones capillary blood flow in kidney glumerules is affected. In this case, disturbance of microcirculation is diagnosed. Efficiency of medicinal therapy performed is judged by values of the indices. Course of treatment is continued till indices are normalized. Quick and objective estimation of treatment efficiency provides for performance of adequate correction of therapy with due regard for individual features of every patient. EFFECT: quick and stable therapeutic effect, reduced terms of treatment.
