With a moderate and maximum decrease in intrarenal blood flow corresponding to type 3 and 4 of the blood flow on a five-point scale, antiplatelet therapy with dipyridamole is prescribed simultaneously with non-drug therapy.
EFFECT: method provides for the determination of an individual indication for medical antiplatelet therapy for each patient due to a qualitative assessment of the intensity of intrarenal blood flow.
