Reagent is a single salt of weak organic acid and/or a single weak organic acid, or carbonic acid. Also, alkaline and/or alkaline-earth metal hydro-ortho-phosphate, and/or ortho-phosphoric acid, or a mixture of salts of the indicated acids and alkaline and/or alkaline-earth metal hydro-ortho-phosphate can be used as a reagent.
