FIELD: medicine; study of adaptation of organism of healthy man to ecological and social-production conditions of environment. SUBSTANCE: method includes testing of functional preparedness of healthy man by temperament, physical, neurodynamic, energetic and locomotory components; measurement of vegetative reaction to physical loads. In determination of the temperament component, subject to evaluation is characteristic of personal physical stability, balance of extra/introversion, balance of excitation/inhibitory processes and mobility of nervous processes. The physical component is tested to determined situation physical stability, analysis of competitive situation, prognosticating of own actions, physical realization of actions. To determine the neurodynamic component, subject to testing and determination are characteristics of excitability of cortical processes, mobility of cortical processes, stability of vegetative regulation and stability of cortical processes. The energetic component is measured by characteristics of efficiency of pulmonary ventilation, efficiency of general blood flow, aerobic and anaerobic tolerance. The locomotory component is determined by characteristics of aerobic, anaerobic and force efficiency. All characteristics are calculated by empirical formulas with conversion into normalized units in per cent of maximum possible values. Graph of functional profile of examined person is constructed, and closeness of inside and intercomponent correlation links is determined, and the larger closeness of these links, the higher is level of health. EFFECT: higher efficiency in standardization of work and rest. 4 dwg
