FIELD: metallurgy, namely technique for making one-piece rolled railway-road wheels. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating blank, upsetting it, speeding it up, shaping, rolling out rim and disc, bending disc, calibrating rim, strengthening rim and tempering. Heating temperature for deformation is sustained in range 1240-1200 C, temperature of plastic deforming termination - in range 950-850 C. Heat hardening beginning from temperature of plastic deforming termination is realized at process of vertical intermittent quenching. Tempering operation is combined with flocculation-preventive treatment and it is realized at temperature range 450-600 C. Blank is shaped at temperature range 1100-1060 C and it is rolled out in mill at temperature drop from 1070-1030 C until 980-880 C.
