FIELD: food industry, in particular, production of alcoholic beverages. SUBSTANCE: composition contains vegetable raw material, sugar, dried aqueous extract of oak wood, alcohol and water; additionally composition includes honey, natural food flavoring from fruit-and-berry juices, and wine material - grape, on producing drink of STARKA type; and apple, on producing drink of KALVADOS type. Used as natural food flavoring are aromatic substances separated at PRODUCTION of concentrated grape or apple, or plum, or myrobalan plum, or pear juices. Used as vegetable raw material is black chokeberry or mountain ash, or sloe, or black currant, or raisin, or blueberry, or prune, or dried pitted and halved apricot, or rose petals, or dried apples, or oak wood, or grapevine, or tea. Used as alcohol is ethyl rectified alcohol, or brandy alcohol, or similar to brandy alcohol by chemical composition or their mixture. Used as similar to brandy alcohol are incompletely cleaned from volatile admixtures alcohols prepared from any food raw material.
