FIELD: apparatuses for clarifying and stabilizing grape juice- and wine materials. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge includes housing having accumulators for centrifuged effluent and pulp and chamber for liquefied carbon dioxide with apertural shell. Cylinder-cone rotor is arranged in housing. Rotor has apertural portion in the form of nozzles in chamber for liquefied carbon dioxide. Auger with cylinder-cone drum and wound material is placed in rotor; feed pipe is arranged in cavity of auger drum. Shell with apertures is arranged in housing around apertural portion of rotor. Feed pipe and/or shell are in the form of permanent magnet with radial arrangement of poles. Rotor and auger drum are made of non-magnetized material. Centrifuge provides separation from raw materials all matters having tendency for creating colloidal turbidity. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
