FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: oil deposit is developed by recovering oil through producing wells and injecting working agent through injection wells. Beyond expected line of displacement for non-reservoir, analyzed is depth of sand body roof at elevation marks of productive bed, and value of aforesaid depth is compared with value of depth of water-oil contact. At depth of sand body roof higher than depth of water-oil contact and at thickness of larger than 4 m, prospecting bore-hole is drilled at distance to 2-4-fold distance between wells in pattern of well arrangement. In oil bed with reduced bed pressure, drilled in prospecting bore-hole are additional inclined bore-holes from same base. In this case distance between bottom holes in oil bed corresponds to 2-4-fold distance between wells in pattern of existing wells. Oil recovery from drilled wells is carried out until production rate is reduced for not more than 20%. Development of oil deposit is continued in conditions of maintaining bed pressure value. Application of aforesaid method allows for increased oil recovery from deposit. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
