FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: in development of oil-gas-condensate deposit, oil and gas are recovered through producing wells, and working agent is injected through injection wells with creation of combined systems of water flooding. Periodically performed in oil producing wells are measurements of gas factor in recovered product and determined is amount of gas which reaches well from gas cap. If increased amount of gas comes from gas cap, injection of working agent through injection wells is increased thus maintaining compensation in recovery of bed fluids with taking consideration of amount of gas recovery from gas cap in actual bed conditions. If reduced amount of gas comes from gas cap in producing wells, amount of working agent injected through injection wells is also reduced. Barrier water flooding is formed in sections where oil recovery is intensive. Injection wells are located at boundary of gas cap and oil zone so as to create barrier water flooding over perimeter of external contour of gas-containing zone. Being recovered at same time are fluids from oil zone and gas from gas cap. This is undertaken to maintain correlation between bed pressure beyond barrier row and inside it. Application of aforesaid method allows for increased oil recovery from deposit. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
