FIELD: biological methods for cleaning solutions (waste water, industrial liquid wastes, solid and gaseous metals upon preparation of radionuclide and heavy metal containing solutions from them) from radionuclides and heavy metals. SUBSTANCE: spent biomass is subjected to thermal treatment at temperature higher than 100 C until dry residue is obtained; the latter is then treated with excess nitric or carbonic acids followed by separation of residue obtained. Residue is mixed up with sintering material containing silicon and aluminum in proportion 1.3:1.4 and trace amount of cations of alkali and alkali-earth metals, then it is calcined and calcination product obtained is sintered under pressure in water environment.
