FIELD: laser, in particular, manufacturing of portable pulse lasers with high pulse frequency. SUBSTANCE: device has pulse laser, which is used as pumping source, tray with active population which is designed as solution of paint, optical resonator, unit for paint circulation through beam generation region. Latter unit is designed as plane-shaped disk which is located in tray and is driven for rotation about its symmetry axis which is orthogonal to its flat surface. Preferable design of tray provides beam generation region spaced between tray wall, through which pumping beam enters and side surface of disk, which is directed towards this wall. Optimal characteristics are achieved by clipping beam generation region in plane of each end of round disk respectively by semitransparent mirror of optical resonator and transparent optical element. Preferable cross section of tray is circle. EFFECT: design of reliable portable laser with increased service life, high average beam power, and possibility of operative tuning of laser beam frequency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
