FIELD: treatment of plastics, namely, their moulding, in particular, by calendering, applicable for production of hydraulic insulating materials of rubber mixes. SUBSTANCE: baseless hydraulic insulating material is produced by preparation of rubber mix, its moulding mainly by calendering. Powder of waste of rubber vulcanizing agents obtained in an extrusion unit under the effect of compression, shearing and temperature in the presence of primary material is used as rubber mix; polyethylene or polypropylene, or 1.4-cis-polybutadiene, or 1.4-cis-polyisopropylene in quantitative proportions with waste (20-10):(80-90) mas.% respectively is used as primary material. Moulding is accomplished directly from powder at a temperature of 85 to 100 C.
