FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: complex of monoclonal poly-IgA shows specificity with respect to pathogenic microorganisms, allergens or spermatozoons and can be used for protection of mammals from pathogenic microorganisms and as a contraceptive. Complex has a recombinant stabilizing protein. This protein has a region I and at least two regions IV and V of poly-IgA-receptor and does not contain region VI of poly-IgA-receptor. Region I is located at distance about 100-500 amino acids from region IV and V. Complex exhibits proteolytic stability as compared with unbound poly-IgA and the presence of immunoprotective and cross-linking properties of poly-IgA. Invention proposes a method of preparing this complex, a method of testing monoclonal poly-IgA and a method of mammals protection using this complex. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of safety immunization. 10 cl, 19 dwg, 5 ex
