FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment of patients with noninfectious skin diseases. Method involves an effect of skin-pulmonary inhalation on skin using dry sublimation agent containing two plant raw tinctures, Siberian fir coniferous needles, sea-buckthorn juice and an aqueous-spirituous solution that is used for 15-20 min (from one to three seances per a course). The first tincture has rowan melanocarpous, bird cherry and rose fruits and the second one has cedar nuts, mountain-ash fruits, birch buds, marjoram herb, rosewort roots, peppermint leaves, thyme herb, Saint-John's-wort herb, common wormwood herb, pot-marigold flowers, peony roots, licorice roots, Leuzea carthamoides roots taken at definite weight ratio.
