SUBSTANCE: device for reception of turns coming off unloading end of conveyer and descending over vertical trajectory and for gathering of received turns into circular coil has assembly for arrangement of turns descending into device. This assembly includes ring surrounding vertical trajectory. Ring has cylindrical vertical wall and radial horizontal projection positioned on wall exterior. Rounded guiding member having front and rear ends is arranged around part of ring. Guiding member protrudes inside ring and crosses vertical trajectory. In this case, guiding member protrudes inside at rear end farther than at front end. Guiding member is coupled mechanically with horizontal projection of ring, and it thrusts upon vertical wall of ring in horizontal direction, thus providing for vertical introduction and removal of guiding member into ring and out of it, respectively, without associated radial displacement of guiding member relative to ring.
