SUBSTANCE: binder comprises cupola slag and alkaline component which liquid glass with silica modulus of n=3 and density of p= 1.41-1.47 g/cubic cm said glass is manufactured from crystalline silicon production waste such as microsilica and comprises up to 6-7 % carbon impurities such as graphite C and Carborundum SiC.
