SUBSTANCE: binder comprises cupola slag and alkaline component which liquid glass with silica modulus of n=3 and density of p= 1.41-1.47 g/cubic cm said glass is manufactured from crystalline silicon production waste such as microsilica and comprises up to 6-7 % carbon impurities such as graphite C and Carborundum SiC. Amount of alkaline component in binder in terms of Na2O is 3.0- 6.0 and binder to solvent ratio is 1.25-1.67. EFFECT: greater strength of the binder. 2 tbl
