FIELD: prevention of leakage of oil from machine units; protection of inner cavities from dust, dirt and moisture. SUBSTANCE: seal has washer secured in body and intermediate part fitted on shaft of joint. Intermediate part is made in form of elastomer washer. Both washers are engageable by their lateral surfaces; they are mounted in such position that elastomer washer is slightly deformed. For connection at high rotational speed, sealing strip is inclined at acute angle relative to volume to be sealed. Outer washer has three-dimensional form so that at least part of its lateral surface is inclined relative to longitudinal axis of joint at angle lesser than angle of inclination of sealing strip. Bush may be provided with several sealing strips. Flexible sealing member is secured on shaft and its sealing strips slides over surface of intermediate part secured in body.
