FIELD: technical physics. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates cooler and measurement unit where internal heating unit fitted with metal protective sleeve and external compensation unit in the form of sleeve with compensation heater are put sequence on it. Metal protective sleeve is divided into two sleeves between which cylindrical protective sleeve made from heat insulator-dielectric. Internal measuring unit and external compensation unit form together with metal sleeves located between them two differential surface thermocouples. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of thermal conductivity thanks to reduced leaks of heat through protective sleeve and to compensation of heat leaks with use of surface differential thermocouples. 1 dwg
