FIELD: manufacture of reinforced concrete railroad ties. SUBSTANCE: method includes operations of placement of concrete mix into mold, formation of shaped hollow channels for embedded fastening bolts, installation of embedded washers and compaction of concrete mix. Prior to formation of shaped channels, through cone-shaped holes are made. In so doing, at the same time concrete mix is placed and compacted. Shaped hollow channels are formed in cone-shaped holes of compacted blank; in this case embedded washers are installed. EFFECT: higher quality of railroad ties. 4 dwg
