FIELD: ecology. SUBSTANCE: humin concentrate consisting of natural humites and caustobiolithes of carbonic order has the hydrated humic acids, humic acid salts and mineral components of parent humites and caustobiolithes of carbonic order that are bound chemically with humic acids. Method of preparing the indicated concentrate involves electrolysis of humic acid salt aqueous solutions extracted with alkaline reagent from natural humites and caustobiolithes of carbonic order. Electrolysis is carried out in total zone between anode and cathode at anode electric potential value that provides discharge of humic acid anions but lower as compared with potential required for hydroxyl ions discharge. The end humin concentrate is formed on surface of anode and concentrate is removed from electrolysis zone and from anode surface by continuous process. Device for preparing the above indicated humin concentrate involves Electrolysis bath-cathode as horizontally installed cylindrical groove with face walls having inlet and outlet nozzles. Anode is made as a drum installed coaxially to gap in indicated groove or as a disk installed in indicated groove that can rotate relatively to its linear axis, or as a drum installed in indicated groove and tensed on indicated drum of endless horizontal transporter. Device has also a fitting for removal of the end product from anode surface. Method of water treatment from impurities, method of dehydration of viscous-flowing media, method of detoxication of organic compounds, method of utilization of sewage sediments, method of making soils from natural and artificial grounds and recovery properties and fertility of degraded soils, method of composting organic waste, method of utilization of tap water sediments are carried out using the above indicated humin concentrate. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of humin preparing, improved environment safety and ecology. 32 cl, 25 tbl, 6 dwg
