FIELD: utilization of active naturally occurring materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of organomineral fertilizers, reclaiming agents, soil conditioners, sorbents, flocculants, coagulators, as well as organomineral substances with surface-active, ion-exchange, binding, and biologically active properties and can find use in agriculture, municipal economy, and environmental engineering. Humino-mineral concentrate preparation process comprises electrolysis of aqueous alkali suspension of grinded caustobiolith in the process of extraction with alkali reagent to form target product, which is then separated from electrolyte. Caustobiolith utilized is peat, to suspension of which an alkali component is further added in amount high enough to provide acidity modulus within a pH range 9 to 12. After mechanochemical treatment, peat is subjected to electrolysis while simultaneously adding 6-30% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide to interelectrode space in amount ensuring accumulation of soluble humin compounds at specified suspension circulation velocity. Resulting concentrate contains soluble humates from 1.2 to 16 g/L and is a commercial product by 1.5-2 times less expensive than known products.
EFFECT: enabled fuller extraction of humic acids from peat and reduced expenses.
