FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and devices for production of the humic concentrate.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method of production of the humic concentrate, in compliance to which the water solution of the salts of the humic acids is placed in the electrolysis bath supplied with the cathode and the anode, then apply the electric voltage to the indicates cathode and the anode in such a manner, that the difference of the potentials between them is sufficient for the discharge of the anions of the humic acids salts, but below the value sufficient for the discharge of the hydroxyl ions and the current density on the anode was 5-600 А/м2. At that the water steam is passing through the water solution of the humic acids salts, which has been placed in the electrolysis bath, and the target product is produced on the anode surface. The invention also presents the device for production of the humic concentrate, containing the electrolysis bath supplied with the inlet and the outlet for the water solution of the humic acids salts and the anode and the cathode, each of which is connected to the power supply source, differing by that the anode has the cross-section made in the form of the circle and is mounted with the capability of rotation around its own axis and in such a manner that it is partially submerged in each moment of time in the water solution of the humic acids being in the electrolysis bath. At that the anode is supplied with the tool for removal of the target product from its surface, and the indicated electrolysis bath is supplied with the tool for delivery of the water steam in it. The invention allows to simplify the process of the humic concentrate production and to produce simultaneously several humic products.
