FIELD: pipe line fittings; devices for automatic shutoff of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: check valve has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes and rigidly secured partition which is provided with central hole. Shut-off. member is made in form of plate. Valve is provided with second partition which is identical to first one, guide bush with ports formed by plate motion limiters. Plate is located inside guide bush. Plate motion limiters are made in form of ladder-type mechanism. Axles located horizontally and secured in ports of bush are used as fixed member of this mechanism. Ends of driven members are rotatably secured on these axle at one end; besides that, these axles hold spring-loaded retainers mounted at preset angle relative to axis driven members. Drive member is made in form of weight movably secured between other ends of driven members on common axles. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of check valve at high flow rates of liquid through its passage area. 6 dwg
