FIELD: positive displacement hydraulic machines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic machines with rotating working members, vanes , reciprocating relative to inner member, in particular, to rotary vane pumps. It can be used in differential industries. Proposed guided-vane pump has housing whose inner space has shaped cylindrical working surface with suction and discharge ports, rotor arranged in housing inner space and made in form of starting circular cylinder whose axis coincides with axis of pump shaft, and radially movable vanes engaging with shaped working surface. Vanes are fitted in radial slots of rotor made without opening on end face surfaces of rotor. Length 1 of radial slots is 0,9980...0,9995 of length L of rotor generatrix.
