FIELD: nuclear fusion engineering; power reactors depending for their operation on light nuclei fusion with inertial retention. SUBSTANCE: reactor has reaction chamber with closed thermonuclear combustion axis surrounded by blanket, driver for initiating fusion reaction inside target, and two sets of fuel target injectors incorporating similar number of injectors and numbered n = 1, 2...N. Axes of each pair of injectors belonging to different sets and bearing equal number n cross ends of n-th section of straight line from set n of numbered sections with n = 1,2...N. Centers of sections are on thermonuclear combustion axis and equally spaced from adjacent sections. Sections proper are arranged perpendicular to adjacent sections. EFFECT: improved reliability of fusion reactor due to reduced probability of cumulative flow failure. 1 dwg
