FIELD: high-energy physics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to interaction of powerful laser emission with substance, mainly in controlled thermonuclear synthesis research. Target materials are applied on cylindrical matrix preliminarily covered with sublayer of sublimation- capable material with sublimation temperature inferior to minimum heat resistance temperature of target materials, for example, cadmium or magnesium. Sublayer is then removed by vacuum sublimation, after which matrix is removed mechanically. EFFECT: extended choice of materials for target shells. 2 ex
