FIELD: TV display equipment, in particular, using plasma panels. SUBSTANCE: device has displaying plasma panels each of which comprises upper and lower dielectric plates which are tightly sealed in butt joint. Upper panel is transparent. Inner surfaces of plate carry systems of parallel electrodes which form displaying cells on their intersections. Terminals of electrodes are located on side surfaces of plates. Side surfaces of upper plates on side directed to lower plates are equipped with facets. EFFECT: increased image definition, decreased screen cost. 2 dwg
