SUBSTANCE: panel has front glass plate and rear one both bearing electrode structures forming pixel matrix; each pixel has three microbit cells for generating ultraviolet light; each microbit cell of pixel has, respectively, one of three photoluminescent phosphors emitting red, green, or blue light under the action of ultraviolet rays; novelty is that deposited in addition on front glass plate, on side of microbit cells, is light filter layer, characteristics of light filter of each cell emitting red, green, or blue light being capable of ensuring optimal transmission of respective beam at desired wavelengths and spectral width thereby improving color transmission, suppressing stray gaseous-discharge illumination in visible part of spectrum, and improving contrast of image due to suppressing most of external light dissipated by panel.
